How do I split an image into 2 equal parts?

Upload the picture, keep the 1×2 grid (or change it), then download the pieces individually or as a ZIP. Everything happens in your browser session and the files are deleted afterwards.

Will the parts be exactly the same size?

Yes. The image is divided evenly, and if the dimensions do not divide cleanly the tool rounds so every piece stays within a pixel of the others.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes — it runs in the browser, so iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows all work. On iOS the download opens the share sheet so you can save straight to Photos.

Is there a watermark or a limit?

No watermark, no account, no limit on how many images you split.
